ECEO has a highly experienced design and technology department, consisting of a professional team of engineers offering services in designing machines and devices tailored to each client’s requirements.
Our team of design engineers implements the project from A to Z, which includes:
- feasibility study/analysis
- conceptual works
- working on concept development
- 3D detailing
- preparation of 2D flat/workshop documentation
- preparation of documentation for making laser cutouts (DXF)
- preparation of a material list
- preparation of TR instructions and documentation
To implement projects, our specialists use the following software:
- Siemens NX
- Siemens Solid Edge
- DS Catia V6
Specialists from our company will also be happy to perform reverse engineering works based on 3D scans, 2D documentation or manufactured elements.
Construction engineers are responsible for preparing technical documentation and instructions compliant with the CE marking based on directives and standards.
The design and technology department cooperates closely with the computational, electrical and automation departments, as well as with the production partner, in manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of devices made for the Client.
