Project: STTC-001 Device for conducting research on a laboratory model of a rotary heat pipe in a rotary system
The STTC-001 device is a mechanical device with an electric power supply intended to conduct research on a laboratory model of a rotary heat pipe in a rotary system.
ECEO designed the device and performed appropriate strength calculations.
The scope of work also included equipping the device with sensors specified by the ordering party and developing software to acquire data from the sensors.
At the request of the Contractor, a leading European Research and Science Center, our company made a prototype device, participated in the start-up work, and conducted operating instructions for the research staff.
The scope of work performed:
- Device design
- Strength calculations completed with a report
- Sensor selection
- Development of an algorithm to acquire data received from sensors
- Design of the device’s power supply and control system
- Development of executive documentation and instructions
- Construction of a prototype device
- Validation of the device with the customer’s assumptions

A computational model of the device was prepared and strength calculations were made:
